Kotaraya is a Malaysian, Chinese and Thai restaurant in Elsternwick. The night we visited was very busy, but understaffed as we had to wait a long to for our orders to be taken. When the food arrived, some of it was not up to scratch. The roast duck was overcooked, the honey chicken over fried and the steamed rice was stale. However, our Barramundi with Thai sauce was flavoursome and light. Good beer selection.
