Dandelion is a relaxed, intimate restaurant, with friendly service, modern fusion Vietnamese fare, and a great cocktail menu.
I’ve been there a couple of times, and they’ve always been delicious. Last night was no exception.
Started off with some mocktails, off course. The coconut and lychee granita was a tropical treat. It made me feel like I was on holidays!

The crab spring rolls were crispy and juicy, perfectly fried. Nuac Cham on the side gave it a saucy punch.

Prawns were covered in crunchy rice, with a satisfying crackle in every bite.

Beef ribs were the highlight of the meal. Cooked till it falls off the bone, the meat was rich and tender. Fresh side salad really complimented this dish.

Lamb shank looked appealing but was a bit underdone. The aromatic sauce was refreshing, as the accompanying, rice baguette and pineapple were good too.

I had a great time at Dandelion. Go and try it for yourself!
