It was Chinese Full Moon festival, and so what more reason do you need to visit Dandenong Market and eat dumplings! The market put on a full day of performances with martial arts demonstrations, a local breakdancing troupe and a dancing dragon.

Feeling a bit peckish, I searched for some dumplings to fill my belly. Sansan’s Dumpling House did not disappoint. I ordered some chicken, beef and vegetarian dumplings. They were made fresh while I waited. The dumplings had a nice crust on the bottom, with juicy meat inside. The vegetarian dumplings were a bit bland, nothing spectacular. If you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out San San’s.
