After a big bushwalk in Sherbrooke Forest, Janeca and I were looking for a place to refuel and refresh. Tree of Delights fits that description and then some. The German cafe serves a range of meaty and filling dishes alongside traditional drinks and desserts.
We’ve been here over 4 times and so far can recommend:
- Currywurst spiced pork sausages
- Strammermax Meatloaf roll with delicious bacon jam
- Sausages and sauerkraut
- Potatoe Rosti
- and their sausage bretzel, a sausage cooked in pretzel dough!
The prices are very affordable for the high quality of the food. Most dishes are under $15.
The family run business really looks after their customers with great service too. The are baby friendly with a high chair and kids books available in the corner.
If you’re looking for a great cafe in Belgrave, I’d recommend visiting the Tree of Delights!
