Calia Grill is a new Japanese fusion restaurant in Chadstone. They serve a range of meats from Australia and Japan which you can grill right in your table.
We visited with friends last weekend and tried a variety of dishes including
Japanese fried chicken with garlic soy and sweet & spicy sauce
Wafu salad with yuzu dressing
Garlic rice with egg, spring onion and garlic soy sauce
Australian Wagyu beef set with scotch fillet, rump cap and striploin
Tiger Prawns, calamari
Mushrooms, corn and zucchini
Our food was delicious and fresh. Great for big groups to share family style. They have high chair and change rooms for kids too.
We had a really fun time at Calia Grill. Highly recommended
