There has been this banana-yellow dessert truck appearing at the past few weeks of the Hank Marvin food truck festival. Post lunch, I was in the mood for a refreshing snack, so I gave it a go. I order a large serve of the coconut ice cream. The ice cream was really smooth and had a surprisingly salty aftertaste. It was topped with crunchy coconut flakes, adding some nice texture. The large cup was $5.50, so pretty good value. The women who run this food truck are pastry chefs at Meat and Wine Co at night, so you know they have them skills! If you want some sweet ice cream, I’d recommend checking out Velvet Creme.
