After a busy day shopping at Spencer Outlet Centre, Janeca and I were working up a big appetite, so we’ve visited the Theobroma Lounge. They serve a huge range of breakfasts, burgers, pastas and sandwiches, alongside a huge range of chocolate desserts. The lounge is aptly named after “Theobroma Cacao“, the scientific name of the plant chocolate comes from.

Janeca started off with a rich iced mocha. A sweet cold treat.

For main, we ordered the Healthy Prawn Spaghetti. It served with a generous amount of prawn, with topped with tomato, basil and olive oil. All the elements were very fresh. A satisfying and light dish.

Of course we couldn’t leave without trying Theobroma’s signature Chocolate Fondue! A huge array of fresh fruits, berries & marshmallows alongside a bowl of warm molten chocolate! So many yummy dipping options, this is a great dessert for 2 or even 3 people to share.

The restaurant has friendly staff, plays relaxing jazz music and conveniently located right next to the train station. If you’re looking for a great place to grab lunch in the city, I’d recommend visiting Theobroma Lounge!
