Juana Taco is Melbourne newest taco truck. I discovered them at my favourite weekend food market, Hank Marvin. They are big into puns, adorning their truck with lots of wordplay.
I had a plate of their beef, pork and chicken tacos. The meat was rich and well cooked. The highlight was the pineapple salsa, so sweet and flavoursome. They were generous with the lime slices too. Janeca tried the breakfast tacos with egg and mushrooms, she enjoyed them quite a bit.
