Kraken Squid is a food truck with bite! I found them at St Kilda’s Hank Marvin market ( Great food truck market by the way, worth a visit). They had three flavours of squid, original, salt & pepper and Szechuan. We tried the salt and pepper. The squid was fresh and plentiful, encased in a deliciously light batter. It was accompanied by some perfectly fried chips and a nice aioli too. For $14 this was really good value. If you see the Kraken Squid truck, I recommend you get kraken and try it for yourself!
